1. Services
Twisted Automotive & Diesel LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides automotive and diesel repair services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Estimates and Authorization
All work performed requires customer authorization. Estimates are provided for informational purposes and may vary based on actual repairs needed. We will contact you if additional work is required beyond the initial estimate.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Vehicle release requires full payment unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
4. Parts and Materials
We provide parts at cost with no markup. Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications. Labor warranty is 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise specified.
5. Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left on our premises after work completion may incur storage fees after 7 days. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs performed. We are not liable for consequential damages or delays. All repairs are performed with reasonable care and skill.
